EDIT 11/28/2019: I have a video for you guys that covers this journal. At this point we are remembering things we are thankful for and appreciate. A lot of people could love and support themselves more. I hope that this can be useful and help you appreciate the skills you do have, or goal you are working towards. It's great for listening to while you work or if you don't want to read a really long journal. LOL Original Post So this is something that I've been bottling up for a while and I want to address it.
